I help people build and grow culinary medicine programs that translate nutrition science into practical and delicious education.
Olivia Thomas, MS, RDN, LDN, is the Director of Nutrition Innovation and Implementation at Boston Medical Center, where she integrates food-based interventions into clinical care and establishes community-generated and culture-affirming programs to prevent and improve diet-related chronic diseases. Olivia is also an entrepreneur and co-founder of Rewire Health. This cutting-edge culinary medicine platform simplifies healthy home cooking and expands access to culinary medicine beyond the hospital setting. Olivia is further helping to pioneer this work with partners including Columbia University, Penn State Health, Mass General Brigham Hospital, and as co-chair of the Membership Strategy Committee of the Teaching Kitchen Collaborative (TKC) and ACLM's Culinary Medicine Interest Group.
